Church Walk in the snow

We had to include a Church Walk cocktail, a quiet footpath running from the Church to the station. This is where the group of neighbours who created Thames Ditton Gin live and were inspired over a tasting or two.

INGREDIENTS

1 part Thames Ditton Gin
½ part lime juice
¼ part sugar syrup
Ginger ale
Mint to garnish

RECIPE PREPARATION

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice
Add the gin, syrup and juice
Stir and add the ginger ale
Garnish with the mint
