Catherine of Aragon Sour
Catherine of Aragon, was Queen of England from June 1509 until May 1533 as the first wife of King Henry VIII; she was previously Princess of Wales as the wife of Henry's elder brother Arthur.
Catherine of Aragon was born in 1485 and died in 1536. Catherine was born in Aragon, Spain and her parents were King Ferdinand of Aragon and Queen Isabella of Castille. She was Henry VIII's first wife and was divorced so that Henry could marry Anne Boleyn. Henry's desire to annul his marriage to Catherine was a key factor in the beginning of the English reformation

3 parts Thames Ditton Gin
1 part lemon juice
1 part sugar syrup
Ice
RECIPE PREPARATION
Add ice to the shaker
Add sugar syrup , lemon juice, gin to the shaker
Shake well
Strain into a cocktail glass
