Terms and Conditions

The nominee must be a resident within the local Thames Ditton community (KT7/KT6/KT8 postcodes only). The more local the better but we will stretch the boundaries a little to consider a worthy cause.
Only one prize per person / address.
No multiple entries for the same person.
The recipient really must be aged over 18 on or before the 31st December 2024. We need to be responsible!
No cash prize alternative will be provided.
There are six winners prizes up for grabs
The event will ideally have taken place during the previous 12 months, i.e. in 2024
Family or relatives to the nomination proposer or Thames Ditton Gin are not eligible.
Prizes will be awarded on the decision of a pre-selected judging panel and Thames Ditton Gin.
The judge’s decision really is final, and we will not enter into any correspondence.
Of course no purchase is necessary.
We hope to feature winners and proposers on our social channels using the hash tags #ThamesDittonGin and #CommunitySpirit . We respect your privacy so please let us know if you wish to keep details of the award confidential.
You agree that we may invite our customers to vote on their overall winner from the ten winning entries.

The six (x6) winners will be notified by email or contact phone number by Sunday 12th January 2025.
There will be a celebratory Awards evening in the George & Dragon on Sunday 19th January 2025 at 7pm
